All about the Gladden Farms Community Association
If you’ve ever driven through Gladden Farms, you’ve seen the beautiful homes and numerous green spaces for play. But what truly sets Gladden Farms apart is its uniquely warm and welcoming community spirit, fostered in large part by the fantastic Gladden Farms Community Association (GFCA).
As Gladden Farms continues to grow, the GFCA team is hard at work making our community a place residents are proud to call home, each and every day. Here’s how.
Events that bring us together
The GFCA offers a jam-packed schedule of year-round events that bring joy and connect Gladden Farms residents of all ages. Here’s just a sampling:
- Food truck roundups: Join these Friday evening get-togethers featuring Marana’s favorite food trucks to enjoy a meal with neighbors without the kitchen cleanup!
- Concerts in the park: Gather in one of Gladden Farms’ many neighborhood parks to enjoy live music and great food under the stars.
Community yard sales: Declutter your home and discover hidden treasures while meeting new neighbors and visiting with old friends.- Exciting seasonal events: From festive holiday gatherings to summer barbecues, there’s always a reason to celebrate as a community. Each year, Bella the Bunny makes an appearance at our Egg-streme Easter event and Mrs. Claus is always in attendance at December’s Winter Wonderland fest. There’s even an annual holiday contest for the best-decorated house!

Enjoy living in a well-maintained neighborhood
The GFCA’s other primary responsibility — efficient community management — is just as important. Every day, the GFCA works hard to keep Gladden Farms attractive and enjoyable by:
- Keeping common areas beautiful: Maintaining our 30 parks, 24 playgrounds, 11 miles of paths and other shared spaces to keep them functioning well and looking great.
- Preserving neighborhood charm: Establishing and maintaining standards to keep the community attractive and cohesive, helping our properties retain their value.
- Smart money management: Collecting dues and managing the community’s finances responsibly to fund ongoing upkeep and improvements.
The GFCA team values community input and invites residents to reach out with any questions, suggestions or needs, whether big or small. “Our job is to listen and work together to find the best solutions,” said Ashley Johnson, Lifestyle Director at the GFCA. “We advocate for the community’s interests so everyone feels included, supported and informed.”
Through these efforts, the GFCA delivers resident peace of mind by keeping Gladden Farms running smoothly for the benefit of all.
It’s all about community
Whether you’re new to the neighborhood or you simply need a helping hand, the GFCA fosters a spirit of kindness and support. “You have this sense of camaraderie and community here,” resident Jordan S. confirmed. “People really come together to support each other. Gladden Farms is wonderful about that.”
Indeed, the GFCA regularly supports local and resident-owned businesses by spotlighting our entrepreneurs in community newsletters, social media and neighborhood events. The GFCA is also committed to giving back to our wider community, organizing charity drives and volunteer days to make a positive impact in Marana and beyond. Just last month, they raised funds with a local food truck to benefit the Gladden Farms Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Go Bobcats!
More than just a place to live
Gladden Farms isn’t just a neighborhood. It’s a true community, a place where neighbors connect, friendships blossom and memories are made. And the Gladden Farms Community Association is the heart of it all, creating a place you’ll be proud to belong.

Signature Event: Summer Splash
Friday, May 31, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Stonegate Park
Join for a fun event including water activities/inflatables, a DJ, a bubble fairy, local food trucks and plenty of family fun.
Donuts, Donations, and Dogs in partnership with Sol Dog Lodge
Saturday, June 1, 10 – 11 a.m.
Paws N’ Claws Park
Dog food collection for the Marana Food Bank. Donuts and complimentary coffee provided by Al Gusto Food Truck.
Food Truck Round-Up
Wednesday, June 5, 4:30 – 7 p.m.
Lon Adams Park
The GFCA is bringing live music to the neighborhood once again! Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to picnic in the park as part of this highly-attended community event.
