Come to the grand opening of the NEW Gladden Farms soccer fields!

Gladden Farms is committed to creating joyful places

At Gladden Farms, our vision has always been to provide outdoor amenities where families and neighbors can live their best lives. And even before the first shovel hit the ground at Gladden Farms, we collaborated with the Town of Marana to create 14 community multi-purpose sports fields for all Northwest Tucson residents to enjoy.

Now we are incredibly excited to announce the June 10 “grand opening” of two new Gladden Farms community soccer fields.

Features of the new Gladden Farms Community Soccer Fields

The new community fields, featuring specialized Bermuda grass turf, will be open daily from 7 am – 10 pm, starting on June 10. These officially sized fields will include soccer goals and line markings for public use. Also, the fields will be lit by high-efficiency LED lights for late-night practices and games. And while fields will be marked for soccer, all rectangular field sports are more than welcome to use the fields.

Soccer is for everyone!

It’s no wonder that soccer ranks as the most popular sport in the world in terms of player numbers. It’s a lively, entertaining, and inclusive sport that relies as much on creativity as skill and teaches us the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and good sportsmanship.

We hope these new fields provide hours upon hours of fun for kids and adults of all ages and abilities! To schedule a game, visit the Marana Parks and Recreation or call (520) 382-1950.
