Marana is growing towards becoming a creative and unique community. The new planned town center celebrates the town's agricultural foundation and its dream for the future. It provides space for community events as well as parks and multi-purpose paths for pedestrian, equestrian and bicycle use that unite the town. Parks

The 44-acre Ora Mae Harn Park is just half a mile away from Gladden Farms. The park includes a swimming pool, softball and soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and multi-use field — all lighted for safe night use.

The 16-acre Gladden Farms Community Park features two Little League fields, soccer fields, restroom facilities, separate shaded play structures for toddlers and older children, orchard-landscaped picnic areas and ramadas. The park is located within Gladden Farms, at the south end of Lon Adams Road

Shopping

You'll find just about everything you need in Marana's main shopping districts, just off I-10 at the Cortaro Farms and Ina exits. Many small locally-owned businesses and national chains have established new stores here. The latest additions include a brand-new Wal-Mart Supercenter and a Kohl's Department Store. Nearby, Foothills Mall at Ina and La Cholla, and The Tucson Mall at Wetmore and Oracle, contain dozens of popular stores and activities.
